Returns : ScrollToPosition
A function to scroll the element to the specified x and y coordinates.
Function parameters

: A number indicating the x-coordinate to scroll to.
y

behavior
: A string indicating the scroll behavior ('auto' or 'smooth'). Defaults to 'auto'.
